These Terms & Conditions apply to all software tools, PCF components, and applications developed by Power Platform Pros Pty Ltd and listed on Microsoft AppSource.

1. Licensing & Use

  • All licensing is handled through Microsoft AppSource.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your organization complies with license limits (per user/per tenant).

  • Products must not be reverse engineered, modified, or redistributed without written consent.

2. Data Processing

  • Our tools process data only within your Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments.

  • We do not transmit or store any customer data externally.

3. Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Service interruptions caused by Microsoft services (e.g., Dynamics 365 outages).

  • Misconfiguration or improper use of our tools.

4. Support

Support is offered via email and documentation provided on each tool’s help page.
